The Idea Lab is an adult maker space that offers free access to equipment and classes. Our goal is to be an educational resource for the community to build creative skills, connect with other makers, and make cool stuff! The Idea Lab team accepts requests for private programs for your small group or organization. Learn how to request one here.

The Idea Lab is supported by a number of donors, chiefly the Friends of the Erie County Library, The Erie Regional Library Foundation, Erie Insurance, and the Erie County Gaming Revenue Authority.

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 2 – 8 pm
- Thursday and Friday 9am – 1 pm
- Saturday 12 – 4pm
- Sunday – Closed

Submit a Job
Click here to submit a 3D print. You must register for an Idea Lab sticker and take our Learn to 3D Print Class before submitting.
If you would like to print with our large format printer, please visit the Idea Lab during open hours. We are no longer accepting online submissions.
