Complete the application below to request a tour for your group. Provide as much detail about your request as possible.
Tours are scheduled around programs, space bookings, and staff scheduling; not all requests can be honored. Because of these constraints, our ideal tour:
• is less than 30 people in size
• has a defined need (we love to show off our databases, specific collections, and spaces that can help your group accomplish its goal)
• allows participants to get a first time library card
• grants browsing time for participants to check-out materials
Other items to note:
• The Blasco Library campus has open seating in our lobby area if your group will be bringing pack lunches to eat; no food or open beverages are permitted inside the library.
• ECPL does not offer translation services, mobility assistance, or daycare. Please bring all staff necessary to support your group.
• There is no storage room for coats/ bags/ personal effects.
• A private room may be available for rent, if needed.
